Job summary

Join LUZCO's Project Controls team and play a key role in helping deliver successful engineering and construction projects. As a Project Controls Cost Analyst, you'll partner with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to monitor project performance, track budgets, analyze financial data, and provide forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
• 4+ years of related experience in project controls or construction/PM support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent decision making.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to travel and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 5–6 project managers to support design and construction.
• Develop, maintain, and update cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts.
• Ensure accurate reporting and quality checks on all project controls deliverables.
• Compare schedules to financial data to verify timelines align.
• Integrate and analyze data in Excel using formulas, pivot tables, macros.
• Review change orders and track budgets against POs and subcontracts.
• Analyze project reports, present findings, and advise the controls team.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for APMs, PMs, and engineers.
