Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow tracking.
• Track commitments, subcontractor buyouts, change orders, and cost projections.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and support internal and external reporting requirements.
• Partner with Project Managers to identify cost risks and opportunities.
• Monitor job cost performance and support schedule-related cost analysis.
• Assist with project closeout, final cost reporting, and documentation.
