Explain a typical day in the role.:
- The Program Manager will spend their day supporting project financial management, forecasting, reporting, governance, and stakeholder coordination activities.
- Responsibilities include reviewing project budgets and forecasts, coordinating with Finance and Procurement, tracking purchase orders and invoices, preparing executive reporting, maintaining risk and issue logs, facilitating stakeholder meetings, monitoring action items, and ensuring project financial and operational health is accurately communicated to leadership.

- Maintain project controls processes and reporting structures.
- Track program risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
- Monitor performance against key milestones and deliverables.
- Drive accountability across stakeholder groups.
- Provide leadership teams with visibility into financial and operational health.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and status reports.
- Prepare leadership presentations and business updates.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and risks.
- Provide recommendations supported by data and analysis.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Work across Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Lease Management, Integration, Security, Telecom, Networking, and vendor organizations.
- Facilitate meetings and follow‑through on action items.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and vendor‑related activities.
- Support governance meetings and executive reviews.
What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?:
- The ideal candidate has a background in Program Management, Project Controls, PMO, Financial Operations, Capital Planning, Business Operations, or Infrastructure Program Management.
- Experience supporting large capital projects, data center programs, technology infrastructure initiatives, or complex cross‑functional business operations is highly preferred.
- Candidates should have strong forecasting, reporting, governance, and stakeholder management experience.

Salary Range: $1,56,000 - 1,66,000 Annually -Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
