Job summary

Ascendion, a leading digital engineering solutions company, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech to oversee financial management, forecasting, governance, and stakeholder coordination in a hybrid Atlanta role.

You will build budgets, dashboards, and executive reports, manage procurement and vendor coordination, track risks, and drive program controls across multiple teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Strong forecasting, reporting, governance, and stakeholder management experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• The Program Manager will support project financial management, forecasting, reporting, governance, and stakeholder coordination activities.
• Review project budgets and forecasts, coordinate with Finance and Procurement, track purchase orders and invoices, and prepare executive reporting.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, facilitate stakeholder meetings, monitor action items, and communicate project health to leadership.
