Job summary

ITC Defense in Lexington Park, Maryland, is seeking a Project Control Analyst Journeyman to provide program control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple government contracts. The role partners with PMO, Contracts, and Finance to ensure accurate data, insights, and financial controls.

This hybrid position requires onsite presence three days per week. Minimum DoD contract experience and advanced Excel skills are required, with preferred knowledge of Deltek Costpoint,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related work experience, or 7 years with an Associate degree, or 9 years with no degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting DoD contracts or other federal government programs.
• Experience developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and EACs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and financial modeling.
• Onsite work a minimum of three days per week.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze program budgets, forecasts, and EACs for multiple contracts and task orders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for leadership decision-making.
• Monitor contract funding, expenditures, burn rates, and funding limitations to ensure compliance and execution.
• Prepare financial status reports, dashboards, and KPIs for program leadership.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Contracts, and Corporate Finance to support contract execution and financial management activities.
