Job summary

ITC Defense in Lexington Park, Maryland, seeks a Program Financial Analyst to support the PMO with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and program control across multiple government contracts.

The role partners with Program Managers, Contracts, and Corporate Finance to deliver accurate reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to drive contract execution. This is a hybrid onsite role with three days per week in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in program finance, FP&A, cost analysis, or government contracts.
• DoD contracts experience preferred; security clearance valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze program budgets, forecasts, and EACs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for leadership.
• Monitor funding, burn rates, labor, subcontract costs, and ODCs.
• Develop staffing projections and labor plans.
• Provide KPIs and dashboards for program leadership.
