Aspen Contracting is seeking experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals to identify opportunities, earn homeowners’ trust, and convert inspections into projects. You will travel locally in the Knoxville market but train at the Lenoir City office, with paid training and strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of residential roofing sales, the ability to handle objections, and a customer-focused, independent working style.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience required.
• Experience with residential roofing sales strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting property inspections and managing sales opportunities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Lenoir City, TN reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.

Responsibilities

Hiring throughout the Knoxville area, including surrounding communities.

Important:

This position services the Knoxville, TN market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office-based business activities are based out of our Lenoir City, TN office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

JOB SNAPSHOT

Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Knoxville market
