Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals for the Lexington market. You will identify opportunities, earn homeowners’ trust, and turn inspections into successful projects.

Based out of Nicholasville, KY, you’ll travel locally, handle the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This full-time role offers paid training and weekly pay with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

Hiring throughout the Lexington area, including surrounding communities.

Important:

This position services the Lexington, KY market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office‑based business activities are based out of our Nicholasville, KY office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

JOB SNAPSHOT

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Conduct property inspections and identify potential project opportunities.
• Build customer relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Present roofing and exterior restoration solutions based on customer needs.
• Explain project recommendations and next steps clearly and professionally.
• Manage customer relationships from the initial appointment through project completion.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently, handle objections, and move qualified opportunities toward closing.
• Use company-provided technology to document customer and project information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a successful customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience required.
• Experience with residential roofing sales strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting property inspections and managing sales opportunities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Nicholasville, KY reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
