Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals to identify opportunities, earn homeowners' trust, and convert inspections into closed projects. The role involves local travel, office commutes to Nicholasville, KY, and leveraging company tools to manage opportunities.

We do not teach roofing sales; we hire with established industry knowledge and offer paid training, robust support, and a national platform.

Qualifications

• Must have roofing or exterior restoration sales experience.

If you're currently working in roofing sales, storm restoration, exterior remodeling, or another home improvement company, you already understand the industry. You know the customer conversations, the importance of follow-up, and what it takes to move a project from an initial inspection to a closed sale.

We're not looking to teach you how to sell from scratch. We're looking for someone who already knows the industry and is ready to put that experience to work.

Hiring throughout the Lexington area, including surrounding communities.

Important:

This position services the Lexington, KY market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office-based business activities are based out of our Nicholasville, KY office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Lexington market

• Must be able to reliably commute to the Nicholasville, KY reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
