Aspen Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Consultant to drive outside roofing sales and exterior restoration in the Knoxville/Lenoir City area. You will inspect homes, identify opportunities, and guide homeowners through the sales process with trusted recommendations.

Join a national company backed by training, technology, and operational support. You bring industry know-how, strong communication, and a track record of closing sales; we provide weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience required.
• Experience with residential roofing sales strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting property inspections and managing sales opportunities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Lenoir City, TN reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.

OFFICE LOCATION

Hiring throughout the Knoxville area, including surrounding communities.

Important:

This position services the Knoxville, TN market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office-based business activities are based out of our Lenoir City, TN office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

JOB SNAPSHOT

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Knoxville market

Experience: Roofing or exterior restoration sales experience required
