Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to serve the Knoxville market. You will build relationships, inspect properties, and provide restoration solutions, earning through uncapped commissions with weekly pay.

No roofing experience required; training is paid, and you will travel locally from the Lenoir City base to customer appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Full-Time schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners within the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters with company training and tools.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and claims.
• Coordinate with production teams for a great customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure satisfaction.

Important

This position services the Knoxville market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lenoir City office.

Job Snapshot

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments by identifying exterior restoration needs and providing professional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.

• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
