Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking motivated individuals to join our Outside Sales team in East Tennessee. As a Project Consultant, you will engage homeowners, inspect properties, and guide clients through exterior restoration options from start to finish.

No roofing experience is required; we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you learn the business and succeed in a competitive market.

Qualificações

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Willing to travel locally throughout the assigned territory.

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our Outside Sales team serving the Knoxville and surrounding East Tennessee market.

As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, conduct property inspections, present solutions, and guide customers through the restoration process.

No roofing experience required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you learn the business and succeed.

Office 108 – Knoxville Market

Reporting Location: 116 North A Street Lenoir City, TN 37771

This is a field-based position serving the Knoxville and surrounding East Tennessee market. Local travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Job Snapshot

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the assigned market

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to work a full-time schedule
