Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals to leverage existing industry knowledge in the St. Louis metro area.

This full-time role focuses on meeting homeowners, inspecting properties, and turning opportunities into closed projects. You will travel locally, earn uncapped commissions with weekly pay, and receive paid training with strong support from an established national company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience is required.
• Residential roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting inspections, managing opportunities, and maintaining a sales pipeline is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the St. Louis metro market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through with customers.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and company technology.
• Ability to reliably commute to the Bridgeton reporting office for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

At Aspen Contracting, we're looking for experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals who understand how to identify opportunities, earn homeowners' trust, and turn inspections into successful projects.

If you're currently working in roofing sales, storm restoration, exterior remodeling, or another home improvement company, you already understand the industry. You know the customer conversations, the importance of follow-up, and what it takes to move a project from an initial inspection to a closed sale.

Report-To Office: 12460 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO 63044

Hiring throughout the St. Louis metro area, including surrounding communities in Missouri and Illinois.

Important: This position services the St. Louis metro market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office-based business activities are based out of our Bridgeton office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

Position Snapshot

• Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2
• Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+ potential
• Pay Structure: Weekly pay plus uncapped commission
• Training: Paid training provided
• Schedule: Daytime and evening appointments, with occasional weekends based on customer availability
• Travel: Local travel throughout the St. Louis metro market
• Experience Required: Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience
