Aspen Contracting in Nixa, MO, is seeking a Project Consultant (Outside Sales) for roofing and exterior restoration. You’ll meet homeowners, inspect properties, and turn opportunities into completed projects from the Springfield market.

The role emphasizes trust-building, listening, and clear recommendations, with training and paid onboarding. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $200,000+ with weekly pay and uncapped commissions; paid training, benefits after 60 days, and 401(k) eligibility

Qualifications

• Must have roofing or exterior restoration sales experience.
• Residential roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting inspections, managing opportunities, and maintaining a sales pipeline is preferred.

Report-To Office: 904 N Main St, Unit 5, Nixa, MO 65714

Hiring throughout the Springfield, MO area, including surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Springfield market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office-based business activities are based out of our Nixa office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

Position Snapshot

• Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+ potential

• Schedule: Daytime and evening appointments, with occasional weekends based on customer availability

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in professionals who already understand roofing and exterior restoration sales and are ready for their next opportunity.

You may be a strong fit if you have experience with:

• Residential roofing sales and homeowner consultations.
• Storm restoration, insurance restoration, or exterior remodeling.
• Roofing inspections and identifying project opportunities.
• Building rapport, presenting solutions, and closing sales.
• Managing a pipeline and maintaining consistent customer follow-up.
• Taking ownership of your results while working independently and collaboratively.

Relevant experience may include residential roofing, siding, gutters, storm damage restoration, roofing inspections, door-to-door roofing sales, or other home improvement sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience is required.
• Residential roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting inspections, managing opportunities, and maintaining a sales pipeline is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Springfield market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through with customers.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and company technology.
• Ability to reliably commute to the Nixa reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
