Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals for the Springfield, MO market. You will meet homeowners, inspect properties, and identify project opportunities, building trust and presenting tailored solutions.

This role offers training, paid onboarding, and an uncapped commission structure with weekly pay. Local travel is required, and you will work with a national company providing robust support and technology.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience is required.
• Residential roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting inspections, managing opportunities, and maintaining a sales pipeline is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Springfield market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through with customers.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and company technology.
• Ability to reliably commute to the Nixa reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.

If you're currently working in roofing sales, storm restoration, exterior remodeling, or another home improvement company, you already understand the industry. You know the customer conversations, the importance of follow-up, and what it takes to move a project from an initial inspection to a closed sale.

Important:

This position services the Springfield market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office-based business activities are based out of our Nixa office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

Position Snapshot

• Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2
• Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+ potential
• Pay Structure: Weekly pay plus uncapped commission
• Training: Paid training provided
• Schedule: Daytime and evening appointments, with occasional weekends based on customer availability
• Travel: Local travel throughout the Springfield market
• Experience Required: Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience

Who We're Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you have experience with:

• Residential roofing sales and homeowner consultations.
• Storm restoration, insurance restoration, or exterior remodeling.
• Roofing inspections and identifying project opportunities.
• Building rapport, presenting solutions, and closing sales.
• Managing a pipeline and maintaining consistent customer follow-up.
• Taking ownership of your results while working independently and collaboratively.

Relevant experience may include residential roofing, siding, gutters, storm damage restoration, roofing inspections, door-to-door roofing sales, or other home improvement sales.
