Aspen Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Consultant (Outside Sales) for roofing and exterior restoration in the St. Louis metro. This full-time role offers uncapped commission and weekly pay with paid training and benefits after 60 days.

You will travel locally, meet homeowners, conduct inspections, and close projects using company tools and support, building trust and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience is required.
• Residential roofing sales experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the St. Louis metro market.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Conduct property inspections and identify potential project opportunities.
• Build customer relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Present solutions based on each homeowner's needs and property conditions.

At Aspen Contracting, we're looking for experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals who understand how to identify opportunities, earn homeowners' trust, and turn inspections into successful projects.

If you're currently working in roofing sales, storm restoration, exterior remodeling, or another home improvement company, you already understand the industry. You know the customer conversations, the importance of follow-up, and what it takes to move a project from an initial inspection to a closed sale.

Now you have an opportunity to bring that experience to an established national company with the tools, technology, and operational support to help you succeed.

We're not looking to teach you how to sell from scratch. We're looking for someone who already knows the industry and is ready to put that experience to work.

Hiring throughout the St. Louis metro area, including surrounding communities in Missouri and Illinois.

Important: This position services the St. Louis metro market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office-based business activities are based out of our Bridgeton office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

• Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2
• Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+ potential
• Pay Structure: Weekly pay plus uncapped commission
• Training: Paid training provided
• Schedule: Daytime and evening appointments, with occasional weekends based on customer availability
• Travel: Local travel throughout the St. Louis metro market
• Experience Required: Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience

You may be a strong fit if you have experience with:

• Residential roofing sales and homeowner consultations.
• Storm restoration, insurance restoration, or exterior remodeling.
• Roofing inspections and identifying project opportunities.
• Building rapport, presenting solutions, and closing sales.
• Managing a pipeline and maintaining consistent customer follow-up.
• Taking ownership of your results while working independently and collaboratively.

Relevant experience may include residential roofing, siding, gutters, storm damage restoration, roofing inspections, door-to-door roofing sales, or other home improvement sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through with customers.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and company technology.
• Ability to reliably commute to the Bridgeton reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
