Aspen Contracting is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to work with homeowners across the Greater St. Louis area, driving exterior restoration projects from inspection to completion.

You will build client relationships, generate new business, and educate customers on restoration options and insurance claims. This full-time, W-2 role includes paid training, local travel, and a clear path to uncapped commissions.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on residential roofs.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Greater St. Louis area, providing property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion.

No roofing experience? No problem. If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to build a rewarding career, we'll provide the paid training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

Hiring throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro area, including communities across Missouri and Illinois.

Important: This position services the St. Louis market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Bridgeton office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the St. Louis Metro area

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You'll Do
