Job summary

Valero is offering an internship in refinery construction and project execution focused on quality, safety and efficiency. You will support turnaround and capital project groups, gaining hands-on experience across construction, commissioning and startup processes.

The program emphasizes mentorship, professional development and opportunities to contribute to real projects at Refineries in multiple locations, including Memphis, TN.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, required.
• Overall GPA of 3.2 (or higher) on a 4.0 scale, preferred.
• Graduation dates of August 2027 through May 2029, required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, required.
• Able and willing to work on-site and in-person, required.

Major Accountabilities

This position is hourly nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay.

Qualifications
