Hargrove is seeking an experienced procurement professional to develop bid packages, RFQs, and supplier evaluations for heavy industrial projects in chemical, refining, pulp and paper, power, and manufacturing sectors.
The role requires 5+ years in project procurement within industrial settings, strong contract and negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor teammates. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering value across global projects.
Job Summary: Generally responsible for developing bid packages, submitting Request for Quote (RFQ), evaluating commercial proposals, and awarding purchase orders. Responsibilities could also include expediting of vendor data and equipment in support of various projects. This work will be performed under general supervision.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master of Science degree in related field from an accredited university is preferred.
Experience: This requires a minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience in Supply Chain Management specifically in Project Procurement
