Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a procurement professional responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies across chemical manufacturing facilities. The candidate must have at least 8 years of relevant experience, focusing on project procurement management, and will lead procurement activities from project inception to completion.

Job Summary: Responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies supporting capital investments across chemical manufacturing facilities, including plant expansions, reliability and maintenance (R&M), HIPD, environmental compliance, and regulatory projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant industrial experience in Supply Chain Management specifically in Project Procurement.
