Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a Sourcing Representative to support the Strategic Sourcing team in capital project procurement activities in the West Houston area. You will coordinate sourcing events, gather requirements, and manage supplier communications to ensure timely bid evaluations and favorable commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support competitive bid events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for capital projects.
• Coordinate sourcing activities from bid package issuance through purchase order placement.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate technical and commercial bid clarifications with suppliers.
• Prepare bid evaluations and commercial summaries.
• Track procurement status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Support invoice processing, issue resolution, and project reporting.
• Assist the Strategic Sourcing team with negotiations and other sourcing initiatives as needed.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
