LaBella Associates is seeking an Accounting Associate to manage monthly project billing for multiple Project Managers and support the Accounting team with invoicing and data analysis. Training will be conducted in-person, with a potential hybrid schedule after completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with project-based accounting software such as Deltek Vantagepoint. Strong communication and self-management are essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of accounting experience, preferably in professional services industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly project billing for multiple Project Managers.
• Collaborate with project staff and Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support financial decisions.
