Job summary

LaBella Associates is seeking an Accounting Associate to handle monthly project billing for multiple Project Managers. You will collaborate with project staff and the Accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing and provide financial support through reports and data analysis.

Training will be in-person, with a hybrid schedule possible after onboarding. The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of project-based billing systems.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of accounting experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, or professional services.
• Billing knowledge is required; Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar project-based accounting software.
• Ability to independently manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly project billing for multiple Project Managers.
• Collaborate with project staff and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Provide financial support by generating reports and analyzing data.
