The role handles contractual invoicing for Project Cardinal and ensures compliance with Bechtel policies and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in billing, solid understanding of accounting concepts, and strong MS Office skills. This is an Office/Project billing position located in New Albany, OH.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Billing roles.
• Understanding of accounting principles, concepts and terminology
• Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must have the legal right to work in US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete understanding of the financial requirements of the prime contract.
• Review unbilled cost transactions, unit rate transactions and account reconciliations for timely billing.
• Coordinate with Billing Organization to ensure quality and timely client billing delivery.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Project Controls and other project organizations impacting the Billing process.
• Coordinate with other Project Finance Team members related to billing of Supplier and Subcontract invoices.
• Implement and continuously improve billing controls and processes to ensure compliance and deadlines.
• Additional duties as assigned.
