Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit client invoices per contracts.
• Create new projects and proposal numbers in the accounting system.
• Handle project setup changes, budgets, and contract mods.
• Analyze financial data to support revenue recognition and WIP.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve billing questions.
• Provide billing guidance and financial support to project teams.
• Distribute project reports and financial information.
• Maintain organized electronic billing records.
• Support accounting and reporting initiatives and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.
