You will collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and external partners, oversee lien filings, filings, and ensure timely reporting using MS Excel, MS Dynamics AX, Textura, and other systems. The role demands strong analytic skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of project accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, LOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Experience with project-based accounting and construction billing.

Responsibilities

• Monthly progress billings & reporting for projects.
• Collaborative billing management with project managers.
• Financial analysis of over/under billing and reporting.
• Process monthly invoices and issue miscellaneous invoices.
• Review and approve change orders for budgets.
• Oversee project startups, lien filings, and insurance certificates.
• Maintain billing files and support project closeout.
