You will collaborate with Project Accountants and Project Controls to answer billing questions and perform basic to intermediate billings under supervision.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and steady support for project teams, treasury and audit activities in a typical office environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.
• Criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search as required.

Responsibilities

• Generate, audit and distribute draft invoices and credit memos for review.
• Ensure billing rates or schedules are attached to projects per contract terms.
• Coordinate research and analytics related to invoicing as required.
• Support project invoicing related analysis and provide requested information.
• Support client and annual audit activities related to billing.
