Job summary

Oklahoma, Inc. is looking for a candidate to administer the HUD Section 8 Project-Based contract administration program. Responsibilities include conducting Management and Occupancy Reviews, processing contract rent adjustments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of housing regulations. Applicants must obtain a Certified Occupancy Specialist certification within one year of hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
• Four to six years related experience and/or training.
• Must obtain Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Administer HUD Section 8 contract administration program.
• Conduct Management and Occupancy Reviews (MOR).
• Process contract rent adjustments for owners.
• Assist residents in obtaining vouchers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills

Knowledge of Multi Family Project Based Housing

Understanding of local, state, and federal laws

Ability to interpret policies and regulations

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
