Job summary

OKLAHOMA CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure programs comply with Public Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Project Based Voucher and Project Based Rental Assistance, and related policies. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least three years in similar programs are required.

You will conduct audits, document findings, provide guidance to staff, and stay current on regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of three years experience with supportive service programs.
• Familiarity with basic computer principles and usage.

Responsibilities

• Ensures programs are in compliance with all PH, LIHTC, PBV and PBRA requirements.
• Performs audits/reviews for assigned housing programs to ensure compliance.
• Documents and reports audit findings and advises on corrective actions.
• Assists staff to correct and complete requirements for compliance and close out files.
• Provides technical assistance to staff and responds to inquiries regarding program issues.
