Qualifications

• Technical accounting experience in public accounting, audit, or complex operations.
• Strong GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience with ERP systems and payroll tools (ADP) in multi-entity environments.
• Excellent Excel and data-modeling skills; self-starter and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Close & reporting: manage monthly close and improve speed/accuracy.
• Project revenue: revenue recognition for projects, including percentage-of-completion and WIP.
• Job costing: own margin visibility and partner with operations.
• Analysis & forecasting: prepare EBITDA, cash flow, and leadership-focused analyses.
• Accounting maturity: help move from cash to accrual accounting where applicable.
• Transactional finance: oversee payroll, AR, AP, and expenses.
