Qualifications

• Broad GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and revenue recognition.
• Experience with project-based accounting and job costing.
• Experience with ERP systems in multi-entity environments and payroll tooling (ADP).
• Strong Excel/data modeling, lookups and pivots.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly close and improve speed and accuracy.
• Manage project revenue recognition including percent complete.
• Own job costing and margin visibility with operations.
• Prepare financial forecasts and EBITDA/cash-flow analysis.
• Support GAAP discipline across the accounting function.
• Oversee payroll, AR, AP, and expenses; delegate where needed.
• Assist in transitioning from cash to accrual accounting where applicable.
