Job summary

The successful candidate will assist the Associate Director, work with internal UNE staff, subrecipients, and partners, and help ensure timely progress and compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including document formatting and basic spreadsheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication for routine reports, correspondence, and meeting notes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure timely progress on grant deliverables.
• Support grant activities by coordinating with UNE staff, subrecipients, and external partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Arrange logistics for statewide trainings and events, in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
