Charities Housing Development Corporation is seeking a Project Assistant to provide technical and administrative support for the Development Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and outstanding communication skills, contributing to projects that support affordable housing.

Project Assistant
$30.00 per hour
Health, dental, vision, FSA, EAP, life insurance (LTD), 401(k), paid sick, vacation, and holidays. 4% of annual salary sign‑on bonus for new hires.

Under general supervision, the Project Assistant performs a variety of technical and administrative support tasks for the Development Department, including typing and composing correspondence, reports, contracts, agreements, specialized forms, technical and statistical material, and other documents from drafts.
