Job description

Shift: 5 days per week (will include weekends)

Hours: 8-6p*must be flexible

Duration: Full time commitment from May 11th to September 2026.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Interpersonal Background (Ex: customer service, retail, operations support, field services, logistics, hospitality, or other client‑facing or operational roles)
• Travel Requirements: Ability to move between designated locations as needed; Personal vehicle & valid drivers license required to interview
• Shift Requirements: Willingness to provide coverage or support on short notice when operational needs arise; Flexibility to support a dynamic schedule across 7 days per week (will be scheduled for 5 full‑time days)
• Additional: Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism; Comfort supporting operational and research‑related workflows

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Education: B.S./B.A. or M.S./M.A. in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Human Factors, Psychology, Communications or similar fields
• Experience: Prior experience with user research/usability studies preferred
