Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent hands‑on research, lab, or technical operations experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting human participant research or UX research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute human participant research studies per approved protocols and requirements.
• Prepare study environments, materials, and equipment for sessions.
• Support participant onboarding, check-in, and study activities to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor sessions, document observations, and track protocol deviations as needed.
• Maintain accurate study records and help with data quality and issue resolution.
