Led by Partners Norman Cox and Brynnemarie Lanciotti, the firm brings together more than four decades of combined experience leading residential, commercial, and institutional projects throughout New York City.

We are seeking a talented, well-rounded Project Architect who is an effective problem solver, works collaboratively, and is ready to take on increased responsibility. Experience
  • 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with substantial experience in New York City.
  • Experience managing projects from design development through construction documents and construction administration.
  • Experience coordinated structural, MEP, envelope, and other consultants.
  • Experience working directly with clients, contractors, consultants, and building management.
  • Construction administration experience, including conducting site visits, reviewing field conditions, and developing solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining project schedules and deadlines.
  • Experience with residential renovations, multifamily residential projects, and new construction.
  • Experience with medium-scale multifamily residential projects preferred.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
  • Architectural licensure preferred
  • Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code, zoning, and DOB filing and approval processes.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
  • Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools, including Enscape.
  • Strong architectural detailing and construction knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small studio environment.
