Job summary

Classifieds24 is seeking a Project Architect in New York to contribute to design, documentation, and coordination across multiple stages of multi-family and mixed-use projects.

The role requires independent work across all design phases, strong AutoCAD proficiency, and knowledge of NYC zoning and building codes. A hybrid schedule, a small firm environment, and ample vacation days are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-time architectural experience with a NYC firm.
• BArch or MArch from an accredited school.
• Ability to work independently across all design phases.
• Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code.
• Experience with construction methods for multi-family projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in multiple projects at all project phases.
• Develop schematic and design development documents and coordinate with consultants.
• Produce construction documentation sets and details in AutoCAD.
• Participate in team meetings.
