Job summary

Genuine Search Group is seeking an experienced Architect, Project Designer, or BIM/Revit Specialist to join a collaborative design team in Santa Barbara.

You will develop designs and construction documents, maintain BIM models, coordinate with clients and consultants, and prepare drawings, specs, and presentations while ensuring codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related design field preferred.
• Experience working as Architect, Architectural Designer, or BIM/Revit Specialist.
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building codes.
• Experience preparing construction documents for commercial, residential, institutional, or mixed use projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
