Actalent is seeking a Project Architect for onsite work in Cincinnati, OH. The role oversees design and production, directing internal staff and external consultants to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

You will manage day-to-day efforts, billing, and client communications throughout the project life cycle. Key duties include preparing contracts and schedules, maintaining budgets, and developing technical specifications, with mentorship of junior staff and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and architectural design.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in producing construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee or perform all aspects of design and production for assigned projects.
• Organize and direct project teams, both internal staff and external consultants.
• Manage day-to-day project efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain primary billing responsibility for assigned projects.
• Prepare contracts, work orders, and other project documents for assigned projects.
• Develop, manage, and maintain accurate project budgets, work plans, and production schedules.
• Produce or oversee production of technical specifications.
• Regularly update relevant project information in internal databases.
• Maintain open and effective contact with clients throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist in the development of project proposals, qualifications submissions, and other marketing tasks.
• Mentor junior staff through effective mentorship, work support, and constructive feedback.
