Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Sr Interior Designer in Cincinnati, OH to lead complex architectural projects from concept to completion. You will manage budgets, timelines, and teams, producing interior design and construction documents within an A/E firm.

Qualifications include a degree in Interior Design, fluency in English, and proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and BIM standards. LEED/WELL AP credentials are a plus, with onsite work in Cincinnati.

Qualifications

• LEED and WELL AP are a plus.
• Experience in Commercial, Industrial, and Mixed-Use Developments.
• Familiarity with Deltek, Bluebeam, or other PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Adhere to project budgets and timelines.
• Manage and mentor junior designers on the team.
• Produce Interior Design and construction documents within an A/E consulting firm.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and BIM standards.
