Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Architect to take ownership of multiple projects from initial design through permitting, construction documents, and construction administration. The role leads daily architectural efforts, coordinating with internal leaders and clients across diverse sectors including commercial, multifamily, healthcare, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience from schematic design through construction documents.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with renovation and ground-up projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through completion, including permitting and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design efforts from schematic design through construction documents.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
• Produce and coordinate detailed construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Oversee permitting and construction administration to maintain design intent.
• Collaborate with Design, Technical, Healthcare, and Operations leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Participate in client-facing design discussions and progress updates.
