Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Architect to join our Buildings + Places team in Texas. Lead design across commercial, industrial, logistics and interiors with a collaborative mindset and deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design excellence, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery while preparing detailed design documentation and coordinating with engineers. Texas licensure is preferred or obtainable within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture and professional licensure in Texas or ability to obtain within a year.
• 4+ years of professional architectural design and project delivery experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: lead design for commercial, industrial, logistics and interiors.
• Project Coordination: work with engineers, consultants and stakeholders.
• Documentation: prepare and oversee drawings, specifications, reports.
• Client Interaction: support presentations and design reviews.
• Team Collaboration: mentor and collaborate with senior architects and PMs.
