Job summary

HOK's Boston office is seeking an Architectural BIM Coordinator to manage BIM models and ensure quality control across projects. You will collaborate with project teams, implement BIM best practices, and support proactive training to maintain efficient, clash-free Revit models.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in BIM or related field, 3+ years of Revit experience on large architectural projects, and LEED credentials within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in BIM or architecture-related curriculum required.
• Bachelor degree in Architecture or BIM certification preferred.
• Three plus years of BIM experience in architectural systems with Revit preferred.
• LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a BIM execution plan.
• Organize and maintain models for the assigned projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet aggressive schedules.
• Check Revit models for clearances, conflicts, and relationships.
• Provide BIM training to keep models efficient.
• Conduct BIM-based quality control reviews.
• Utilize Revit add-ins to increase productivity.
• Coordinate progress with Regional Design Technology Manager.
• Apply HOK Best Practices across projects.
• Pursue new knowledge related to design technology and regulations.
• Foster a green workplace through sustainable practices.
