We are looking for a Project Architect to act as our Construction Administration Representative and main point of contact for daily project progress on a major multi-phased healthcare complex and related projects in Alexandria, Virginia.

This role involves working closely with the firm's project leadership throughout the entire construction process. It is a high-visibility position on a prominent project, requiring extensive interaction with clients and the construction manager, as well as collaboration with architectural, interiors, and engineering discipline leaders and a wide range of consultants.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of architectural experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• Coordinate documents from internal staff, consultants, and contractors.

• Perform quality control checks on design and construction documents.
