VIATEQ is seeking a skilled AWS Solutions Architect to build and deploy Amazon Connect solutions for its customers. In this role, you will guide organizations on best practices for advanced cloud-based solutions, advise on migrating workloads to the cloud, and drive successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify ROI and outcomes for moving to the AWS Connect platform, enhancing agent experience and productivity.
2. Facilitate business process reviews to understand customer requirements.
3. Lead discovery sessions, help build project ROI, and deliver presentations and estimates.
4. Educate customers on AWS value propositions and participate in architectural discussions for successful cloud deployment.
5. Translate customer requirements into contact center designs using best practices and AWS services.
6. Oversee and mentor technical teams to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and quality solutions.
7. Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, communicating clearly and managing expectations.
8. Deliver end-user training and documentation.
9. Lead strategic discussions with contact center leadership.
10. Drive best practices in contact center design across solutions.
11. Manage project and customer communications.
12. Exercise independent judgment and lead enterprise projects with minimal oversight.

Basic Qualifications

1. 5+ years in IT development, implementation, or consulting.
2. 5+ years in relevant technology domains (software, cloud, systems, data, etc.).
3. 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting roles.
4. 3+ years as a solutions architect with Amazon Connect.
5. At least one AWS certification.

Preferred Qualifications

1. AWS Solutions Architect or similar certifications.
2. Experience in infrastructure, database, and network architecture.
3. Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
4. Experience integrating WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
5. Proficiency with APIs and scripting languages (Python, Java, C#, Node.js).
6. API integration experience.
7. Strong troubleshooting skills.
8. Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow, Lambda, Lex, and Call Routing.
9. Knowledge of automation tools for software deployment.
10. Contact center platform knowledge (preferred).
11. Experience with Workforce Management solutions.

Compensation Range

$100,000 - $160,000, based on experience and location.
