Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of experience in the architecture and design industry.
• Strong production skills in Revit, Newforma, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam.
• LEED accreditation or WELL building certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce contract documents and oversee construction administration.
• Possibly lead teams of architects and engineers to meet budgets and schedules.
• Operate with autonomy and assume responsibility on projects.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on community-focused projects.
