Little is a transdisciplinary design firm seeking a Project Architect to join our Mixed-Use | Workplace Studio in Charlotte, NC; Charleston, SC; Durham, NC; or Orlando, FL. You will lead technical development and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality workplace and mixed-use environments.

The role demands a licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience, strong Revit skills, and a passion for mentoring while advancing sustainable, high-performance design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience in complex projects.
• Licensed Architect (required).
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction detailing, codes, and materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of Workplace and Mixed-Use projects.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants in an integrated design process.
• Produce high-quality construction documents reflecting design excellence and technical rigor.
• Guide projects through construction administration with focus on quality and client success.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and consultants through trust and leadership.
• Help advance design, documentation, and delivery through innovation and emerging technologies.
