Job summary

• LEED accreditation or WELL building certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce contract documents and oversee construction administration.
• Possibly lead teams of architects and engineers to meet budgets and schedules.
• Operate with autonomy and assume responsibility on projects.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on community-focused projects.

This person will be joining a team in our fastest growing office with Little in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate is an ambitious and creative Architect who is passionate about great design, one looking to significantly enhance the well-being of our clients, the performance of their buildings and advancement of industry practices.
