Job summary

A national architectural firm in Charlotte is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead Workplace Interior projects. You will collaborate with teams to deliver innovative design solutions while ensuring compliance with Building Codes. The ideal candidate has over 7 years in the industry, strong technical skills, and a passion for sustainability. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth within a creative and supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in interior architecture & design industry.
  • Architectural Registration or on path for Registration with preferred LEED Accreditation.
  • Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Workplace-Interiors studio with autonomy.
  • Coordinate with engineers and team members to meet project requirements.
  • Produce contract documents and handle construction administration.

  • You’ll be responsible for producing contract documents and construction administration.

Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • 7+ years of experience in interior architecture & design industry.
  • Architectural Registration or be on path for Registration. LEED Accreditation preferred.
  • Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and other design tools.
