Qualifications

• Requires B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program.
• Minimum 6+ years of post-graduate experience at an architecture firm.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong architectural detailing, building materials and structural/MEP integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn design concepts into buildable, code-compliant projects.
• Direct full construction document sets, including details, schedules and specs.
• Coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultants.
• Manage milestones, staffing and site visits during construction.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, owners’ reps and contractors.
• Lead permitting, zoning approvals and municipal reviews.
• Mentor and review the work of junior designers and drafters.

Location: Miami, FL (hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time, direct hire
Pay: $100,000 to $120,000 per year

Lead commercial, civic and mixed-use projects from concept to construction as a project architect at a premier Miami design firm.

Must-Haves

• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program
• 6+ years of post-graduate experience at an architecture firm
• Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Strong architectural detailing, building materials and structural/MEP integration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do
